"Animal Kingdom is a great place to take your furry friends, the staff are great and helpful through the entire process of taking care of our 2 senior dogs.Cons:- Every time I have been there (4 times in the last 3 months), the pups have seen a different doctor. Not a huge deal but when it comes to continuity of care, information could get lost.- Vets are expensive... So it isn't necessarily a CON only for Animal Kingdom, they have to make money somehow.Pros:- Of the different docs that have seen by pups, they clearly read the files ahead of time and are prepared, they would follow-up with information that only they would know from reading their charts.- Staff truly love animals, they have a cat that chills on the counter and is very comfortable with all the various animals that come in and out.- Facility is clean and doesn't stink of animal pee or poo, they keep the place wiped down and tidy!- Staff and doctors are helpful and answer questions as thoroughly as possible- The doctors followed up with phone calls and I spoke to them personally about care for my pups.- We have now said goodbye to both of our pups with the help and care of AKVCC. The personnel were sweet and compassionate through the entire process.Thanks for caring for our dogs for the last 6 years."
