"Last time I visited Animal Kingdom, my pet carrier broke open in the middle of the parking lot. It was a VERY stressful experience trying to get both of my cats out from under my car and keep them from running into traffic.The staff were very helpful in providing temporary carriers and taking care of check in so I could take a moment to cool off and try to calm my poor babies. The vet and her assistant were amazing. They created such a patient and understanding environment for both me and my cats. They offered lots of pets and calming words, and one of my cats gave the vet a little nose bump"kiss"as a thank you.This is my thank you to the staff at Animal Kingdom. They truly love animals, and it shows. That means a lot as a pet parent. I will definitely continue to recommend this place to friends and family!"
